History
Spring 1994 – starting of professional activities of auditors followed with creation of independent auditing company, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "AUDIT FIRM NORMA";
October 21, 1994 - the date of birth of an independent auditing firm, LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "AUDIT FIRM NORMA." The company is accredited;
November 15, 1994 – Obtain a license on audit activities;
Early 1995 year - the actual launch of the audit firm activities on providing professional services;
October 29, 1998 - The license was extended till 29.10.2003 by decision of Audit Chamber of Ukraine Certificate on membership in Register of audit firm and auditor;
September 3, 2004 - the company's specialists have received the Certificate of membership in register of audit firm and auditor who can conduct an audit of financial institutions;
September 25, 2007 - Certificate of membership in register of audit firms that can conduct audits of financial institutions operating in the securities market;
December 23, 2010 - validity of the Certificate of membership in register of audit firm and auditor was extended till December 23, 2015;
Autumn 2011 - "Audit FIRM NORMA" changed the location of its office. Since then, together with "the law firm" DESHUNIN & Partners is located in the new office which is located in the central part of Kiev at the following address: Frunze, 1-3;
January 2012 - Specialists of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine made an external examination of the quality audit system of AUDIT FIRM NORMA LLC in terms of audit services. The examination resulted in issuing a Conformity certificate on quality audit system, which proves that quality audit system created by "Audit FIRM Normal" LLC complies with the standards of audit, auditors’ professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements which regulate the audit activity;
February 2013 – by decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine, No.265/3 dated 28.02.2013 the company was included into the list of audit firms that meet the criteria of statutory audit.
June 2013 - received certificate of the registration of audit firms that can conduct audits of professional participants of the securities (issued by National Commission on Securities and Stock Market);
July 2013 - received certificate of registration in the register of auditors and audit firms that can conduct audits of financial institutions (issued by National Commission, which carries out the state regulation of the financial services Rink)
October 2015 - By the decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine of October 29, 2015 № 316/3 prolonged the validity of the inclusion in the Register of audit firms and auditors before October 29th 2020
November 2015 - The National Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine has extended the validity of the certificate of registration in the register of audit firms that can conduct audit of professional participants of the securities market before 29 October 2020 |
