  Питання проведення інструктажів на підприємстві часто вирішується в останню чергу, або ж не вирішується взагалі. В той же час це питання є доволі актуальним та важливим, адже подібний недогляд може привести до серйозних проблем при виникненні нещасних випадків, а за сам факт непроведення інструктажів передбачена серйозна відповідальність. Закон України "Про охорону праці" вимагає, щоб усі працівники при прийомі на роботу і в процесі трудової діяльності проходили на підприємстві навчання, інструктаж і перевірку знань з питань охорони праці. Допуск до роботи осіб, які не пройшли навчання і перевірки знань з питань охорони праці, забороняється.
